South Eastern Economic Development Company of Pennsylvania ("SeedCoPA") is Pennsylvania's largest Certified Development Company ("CDC").
Along with our participating Banks, SeedCoPA offers 90% financing at 10 and 20-year below-market fixed rates through the SBA 504 Program and other economic development financing tools. Our programs reduce out-of-pocket expenses for the Business Owner, provide our partner Banks with competitive blended-interest rates and stimulate economic development within the communities we serve. SeedCoPA has been providing SBA 504 Loans since 1984. More recently, because of our specialized government lending staff, we provide SBA and USDA outsourcing services for community banks that want to originate and close SBA 7a and USDA loans but do not want to commit to the cost of a backroom staff. This has allowed the SeedCoPA team through its participating banks to provide SBA 7a and USDA guaranteed loans for working capital, refinancing and fixed asset acquisition.
